A bronze ritual bell with openwork sides. Each rib is carefully cast to form a spiral rope-like pattern and the lower part of the body is decorated with two punctuated collars. North West Iran, early 1st Millennium BC Intact, good patina and well preserved metal. Size: 6 x 3.6 cms. Ex. UK private collection, acquired before c. 1990.
