A fragment from a very large red slip ware pottery dish decorated with a series of fish-tailed Chi-Rho symbols framed by a border of rosettes.

Roman, North Africa, c. 3rd or 4th Century AD

Ink inscription on the back "El Djem" - probably the find site located in modern-day Tunisia.
