Roman mould-blown glass vessel

A pale green glass vessel with mould-blown pinecone type scale decoration on the body. The surface is coated in a pale coloured accretion which could be removed to reveal a bright iridescent surface below.

Roman, 1st Century AD

Top of neck restored to conceal the loss of the rim.
