Authenticity		All items are sold with a Certificate of Authenticity and receipt. We guarantee the authenticity as well as the accuracy of the cultural attribution, dating and condition details for each item.


How to Order		The simplest way to order is online using our shopping cart facility. We also accept orders by telephone or email. Security		Our online shop uses the very latest encryption technology (SSL) to ensure that your transactions with us are private and secure as they travel across the internet. When you make a purchase your browser will connect to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser settings a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this secure area.


How to Pay		We accept the above credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal, UK cheques and national or international bank transfers. Cash payments in Pounds Sterling or Euros are accepted for sums up to Pounds 2,000 as long as payment is received by registered and tracked delivery or in person by prior arrangement. Online payments are processed by the SagePay gateway operated by The Royal Bank of Scotland, non-refundable transaction costs of 5% are included in the item price.


Returns		Items are sent on 7 days approval (14 days overseas). An item found to be unsatisfactory in any way may be sent back for a full refund provided it is returned in the same condition as sent. Our guarantee of authenticity is not limited to this return period.

Postage and Delivery		Postage costs are calculated at shopping cart checkout. All items are sent by recorded first class or airmail delivery and insured at full value including postage charges for loss or damage. The shipping calculator discounts postage costs on multiple purchases made on the same order. Sending fragile items in the post is naturally a reason for concern and we arrange the safe packing and delivery of all items with extreme care.
