An ovoid shaped jar carved from limestone with lug handles and a short collared rim. Egypt, Old Kingdom, 3rd Millennium BC. One lug handle lost and apparently filed down in antiquity, otherwise intact with a fine surface patina. Size: 4.6 x 5.6 cms Ex. UK private collection.
