An unusual small green glazed faience shabti figure with black painted details and inscription.

Egypt, Third Intermediate Period, 1050-730 BC

Chips to the front and back of the head, also the front of the foot.

Size: 5.6 x 2.2 cms

Ex. collection: C. R. Stone, UK; acquired around Heliopolis in Egypt during the early 1940's. Mr. Stone was attached to the intelligence division of the Royal Air Force and based in Egypt for a large part of World War II.
