The upper handle section of a bronze ritual sistrum decorated on either side with an aegis and the head of the goddess Hathor. One side retains a Uraeus serpent and the top retains the lower body of a seated cat sacred to the goddess Bastet.

Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, 730-332 BC
