Faience amulet depicting Ptaichos

A light green/blue glazed faience amulet in the form of the god Ptaichos.

The dwarf-like deity is depicted naked except for a broad bead pectoral collar.

Egypt, Ptolemaic Period, 332-30 BC

Face chipped and a few areas of discolouration, otherwise in good condition.
